Placing an Order:

11. The steps which you need to take to place an order for purchasing goods on this Site are as follows:

11.1 Click on 'Shop' and select the category of product you wish to buy from the list on the left. Select the products and services you require by dragging them into the shopping cart.

11.2 Ensure the shopping basket contains the correct name and quantity of the goods which you require.

11.4 All prices shown will be including VAT.

11.6 Enter the delivery address and select 'Proceed'. If you would like to use the address in your user profile then click 'Delivery to my address'.

11.7 Enter the billing address or click 'Use my address' to use the address in your user profile.

11.8 Select 'Proceed'.

11.9 Caledonmusic.com Store will not pass any of your address details to any other companies. This list is used solely for Caledonmusic.com Store related activities and is completely spam-free.

11.10 Check that the items and quantities are correct. If not, click 'Change' and change the contents of your shopping basket. Tick to confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.

11.11 Click the 'PayPal' button. You will be taken to the secure PayPal site where you can complete your purchase. It is 100% free and we will never see your financial details.

11.12 Caledonmusic.com Store will send you an order acknowledgement. Your order will be accepted by Caledonmusic.com Store when it has cleared the credit checking process.

Delivery Charges:

12. A one-off postage/packaging charge applies to all orders - £2 in the UK / £3 for Overseas & Eire.

13. We can only accept the return of opened items if they fall into one of the following categories:

13.1 If the item was damaged in transit - If you take delivery of a Caledonmusic.com Store package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt for exchange.

13.2 If the item is defective - You have the right to return a faulty item within 28 days.

13.3 If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item) - As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item you must inform us within 28 days (by email to info@nullcaledonmusic.com) that your product is incorrect. The email should state what the intended product was. You will then receive an email from us telling you what the next step should be.
