| 11. The steps which you need to take to place an order for purchasing goods on this Site are as follows:
11.1 Click on 'Music & Video Shop' and select the category of product you wish to buy from the list on the left. Select the products and services you require
11.2 Ensure the shopping basket contains the correct name and quantity of the goods which you require
11.3 All prices shown will be including VAT
11.4 Correct any input errors by deleting and inputting correct information
11.5 Select 'Checkout'
11.6 Enter the details asked for including your billing address and postcode and select 'Submit'. Caledonmusic.com Store will not pass any of your address details to any other companies. This list is used solely for Caledonmusic.com Store related activities and is completely spam-free.
11.7 Check that the correct billing address is shown. Amend if necessary and tick to confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions

11.9 The default delivery address will be the same as your stated billing address. If you wish to change the default delivery address, this can be done by using the change delivery address function

| Delivery Charges:

| 12. A one-off postage/packaging charge applies to all orders - £2 in the UK / £3 for Overseas & Eire.

| Returns Policy:

| 13. We can only accept the return of opened items if they fall into one of the following categories:
13.1 If the item was damaged in transit - If you take delivery of a Caledonmusic.com Store package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt for exchange
13.2 If the item is defective - You have the right to return a faulty item within 28 days
13.3 If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item) - As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item you must inform us within 28 days (by email to info@caledonmusic.com) that your product is incorrect. The email should state what the intended product was. You will then receive an email from us telling you what the next step should be
